Terms of Service
Last updated: October 28, 2026
1. The product
ClaimAudit is a self-service software tool that audits Amazon FBA report exports for potential reimbursement discrepancies. It runs entirely in your browser, on your own machine. ClaimAudit produces a list of high-confidence reimbursement candidates with supporting evidence packs. It does not file claims on your behalf, and it is not a managed claim service.
2. License
When you purchase a plan, you receive an activation code that unlocks the tool according to the plan you bought:
- 30-Day License — use of the tool for 30 days from activation.
- Lifetime License — use of the version of the tool current at the time of purchase, without a time limit. Rule-library updates after purchase are not included.
- Annual Inspection Plan — use of the tool for 365 days from activation, including rule-library updates released during that term.
Your activation code is licensed to you for your own selling operation. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or publish your activation code, and you may not distribute the unlocked tool. Activation is verified locally in your browser; no account is created and no usage data is transmitted to us.
3. What the tool does not promise
The tool identifies candidates based on the reports you provide. Whether Amazon reimburses any given case is decided solely by Amazon. We do not guarantee that any candidate will be reimbursed, and value figures shown by the tool are estimates based on parameters you can inspect and adjust in the app. Reports older than Amazon's claim windows may no longer be recoverable; you are responsible for running audits in time and for filing your own cases in Seller Central.
4. Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for orders placed through this website. Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout, and applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle. Your activation code is issued automatically after payment is confirmed; you can also retrieve it on our claim page using your transaction ID and the email used at checkout.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use ClaimAudit only with report data you are entitled to use, and not to attempt to bypass the license verification, misrepresent the tool's output as an Amazon determination, or use the tool in violation of Amazon's policies or applicable law.
7. Warranty and liability
The tool is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost reimbursements arising from Amazon's decisions, expired claim windows, or inaccuracies in the reports you provide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
