Privacy Policy

1. The audit tool processes your data only on your device
ClaimAudit runs entirely in your browser tab. The Seller Central CSV reports you load are processed in your browser's memory and are never uploaded to us or to any third party — the tool makes no network requests while auditing. Audit results are not stored on our servers because they never leave your machine. When you close the tab, nothing remains with us.
2. What we receive when you buy
Purchases on this website are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle collects the information needed to complete your order (such as your email address and payment details) under Paddle's own privacy policy; we never see or store your full payment card details.
To issue and support your license, our issuance service records your order's transaction ID, the email address used at checkout, the plan purchased, and the activation code issued. We keep this record so you can retrieve your code and so we can provide support. We do not receive any of your Amazon seller data, store credentials, or report files.
3. This website
This site is a static page. It loads Paddle's checkout script from Paddle's CDN; when you open checkout, Paddle may set cookies and process data as described in Paddle's privacy policy. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
4. How we use the information we hold
We use order and license records only to deliver activation codes, handle code retrieval and support requests, meet accounting and legal obligations, and process refunds under our Refund Policy. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to run the purchase flow — Paddle (payment and tax handling) and our email/issuance infrastructure for code delivery — and where required by law.
6. Retention and your rights
Order and license records are retained for as long as needed to support your license and to satisfy tax and accounting record-keeping requirements. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us; deletion may not be possible for records we must keep by law.
