ClaimAudit

Find the money Amazon owes you — without giving anyone your data.

ClaimAudit audits your FBA account offline, in your browser. Load four standard Seller Central CSV exports and get a list of high-confidence reimbursement candidates with an evidence pack for each — no API access, no account linking, no data upload.

Run the demo on sample data See pricing

Demo opens the audit tool itself; use its built-in US / DE sample buttons. No signup.

You file the cases yourself — this is a self-service audit tool, not a managed claim service. What it finds, you keep: there is no commission.
Your files never leave your machine.
All computation runs locally in the browser tab. The page makes zero network requests during an audit.
No API tokens. No MWS keys.
Nothing to authorize, nothing to link, nothing that can associate your stores.
Own it outright.
A one-time lifetime license exists — no 25% cut of your recoveries.
Four languages.
English, Deutsch, 日本語, 中文.

A measurable slice of FBA revenue leaks through discrepancies.

Industry data points: one large-scale audit case found ~2.81% of units affected by FBA discrepancies across 300,000 units (Getida public case, 2020); multiple service providers independently cite discrepancy losses of roughly 1–3% of annual revenue.

These are industry datapoints, not a promise of what you will find — your mileage depends on your own reports.

The incumbents charge for the finding. Managed audit services typically take ~25% of every dollar recovered — on $1,600/month of recoveries, that is $400/month, every month.

And they ask for the keys. API authorization means a third party holds live access to your seller account — a non-starter for sellers who fear cross-store linkage.

How it works

Step 1 — Export.
Download the four CSV reports from Seller Central (the in-app import guide lists each report and where to find it).
Step 2 — Audit locally.
Open ClaimAudit in your browser and load the files. Four detection engines cross-check the reports in memory and flag candidates.
Step 3 — File.
Each candidate ships with an evidence pack: the matched rows, the time windows, and the estimated value. Open the case in Seller Central yourself and attach it.

Engines

Engine 1 · Warehouse lost.
FIFO matching of lost-in-warehouse units against the 60-day claim window; flags units unreimbursed after the statutory 30-day wait.
Engine 2 · Warehouse damaged.
Damaged-unit events (E/D/Q) past the 15-day wait, cross-checked for reimbursement.
Engine 3 · Refunds & transit damage.
Refunds issued without a returned unit, and units damaged in return transit — matched on order + SKU keys.
These require manual filing; they are outside automated reimbursement.
Engine 4 · Fee spike radar.
Detects per-unit FBA fee jumps against your own stable baseline (≥3 occurrences), separating one-off corrections from systematic overcharges.

Eight firewalls. Every candidate passes eight exclusion filters before it is shown.

The design goal is “miss rather than misflag” — false positives are a design target being driven down, not a guarantee of zero. We never use words like “guaranteed” or “ironclad.”
Result terms: High-confidence candidate · Needs human review · Blocked.

Honest limitations — read before you buy

  • ClaimAudit finds candidates; you open the cases. Warehouse-class findings are typically reimbursed once filed; refund-type and fee findings always require manual filing.
  • Amazon's claim window for lost/damaged warehouse units is 60 days — run the audit regularly; old leakage cannot be recovered after the window closes.
  • Value estimates use a default manufacturing-cost ratio of 22%, adjustable from 10% to 50% in the app. Parameters marked “estimated” in the documentation are estimates — calibrate them against your own numbers.
  • License activation raises the bar against casual code sharing; like any client-side software, it cannot stop a determined reverse engineer. We state this plainly instead of promising “uncrackable.”

30 days

First verification: run your own reports once, see real candidates, then decide.

PLAN 03 · Annual Inspection

Annual rule-library updates and version adaptation: when Amazon's rules change, the engines follow.

Priced for sellers whose monthly recoverable leakage exceeds roughly $800. Below that, a managed service's ~$50/month minimum may cost you less — but you will pay ~25% of every recovery, forever, and hand over API access.

[DECISION — not yet decided by the user] Refund policy and support channel are still open items and are deliberately left out of this draft rather than invented.

FAQ

Does any of my seller data get uploaded?
No. The audit runs entirely in your browser tab; the page makes zero network requests while auditing. Your CSVs never leave your machine.

Do I need to authorize API access or link my account?
No. ClaimAudit reads only the CSV files you export yourself.

Will Amazon reimburse automatically once the tool finds something?
No — the tool produces candidates with evidence packs; you file the case in Seller Central. That is also why there is no commission: what it finds, you keep.

Which reports do I need?
Four standard Seller Central CSV exports. The in-app import guide names each report and shows exactly where to download it.

What happens when Amazon changes the rules?
That is what the Annual Inspection plan is for: rule-engine updates follow Amazon's changes. Lifetime licenses cover the version you bought.

Which languages are supported?
English, Deutsch, 日本語, 中文 — in the app and in the diagnostic report.

Can I try before I buy?
Yes — run the demo on built-in sample data with no signup, or buy the 30-day trial and audit your own reports.

Is ClaimAudit affiliated with Amazon?
No. ClaimAudit is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.
